1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding NEBULA to your Discord server or using any of its commands and features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use NEBULA. By using the bot, you confirm that you meet this requirement. NEBULA must be used in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Permitted Use

• Use NEBULA solely for lawful, community-building purposes.
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse any bot functionality.
• Do not use NEBULA to harass, spam, or harm other users.
• Do not use NEBULA to distribute illegal content of any kind.

4. Service Availability

NEBULA is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or the entire bot at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent access revocation:

• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in NEBULA.
• Using NEBULA to automate or facilitate spam campaigns.
• Impersonating NEBULA, its developers, or other users.
• Using NEBULA to collect data on others without their consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block any user or server from accessing NEBULA at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or behaviour that negatively impacts other users or the bot's infrastructure.
